Just in time for the summer holidays, a smartphone app setting out passengers’ rights has been launched by the European Commission. Available for iPhone and iPad, Android, Blackberry and Windows Phone 7, it currently covers air and rail transport and will be extended to bus/coach and marine travel in 2013.     Find out more here
